The host provided easy self check in details, the location was perfect a couple of minutes walk and you’re at the river. The bed and room were comfy.
I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. But there was a kitchen to use, vending machine and coffee machine which were handy. Good value for money a perfect find for exploring Porto!
There was a little bit of a smell from drains but I kept the bathroom door closed and it was fine.

The room was of good standard and felt spacious.
It felt a bit empty upon arriving and leaving. More like a Airbnb than anything else. A bit confusing about house rules and check in etc. few options for breakfast and brunch in the area

Clean and update facility.
Shower booth was not quite sealed properly, water leaks to the floor. Slippery.
