Overall I enjoyed my stay at The House of Sandeman. The beds were comfortable I slept well. The rooms were large. I didn't like the automatic lights out. I didn't care for the breakfast process, it's a buffet; put the plates on the counter by check-in ask for the room number and let the guest take a plate. Why have guest waiting for plates?? Not good. The location is fantastic, right on the River. Overall a good stay.

Arrived very late due to airline delays and its not very clear where the entrance is so took a while to find, there's no clear markings or ground floor lobby. I received my room and it didn't look like any of the three different rooms they showed online so I asked to switch and it was the only room they had. I moved a plant, TV and chair so better feng shui the space as I didn't really like the room anyway. I was left a nasty note by the management about how I am not allowed to move anything and IF they find anything damaged I will be charged. Yet nothing was damaged and I've moved furniture in Hotel rooms before with no issues. I'm a designer and beautified the same and they made me feel like I trashed the place. Had to take lots of photos. My breakfast I ordered never showed up but then I was told I had to go get it myself even though I ordered it online in the room. Overall wasn't a nice experience, the view was 10/10 but the room wasn't featured in any photos I saw and I think next time I'll just stay at the apartments they offer right next store for a few euros more and get exactly what the photos are of.
