Fascinating place that has sufficient amenities for a lone traveller at a low cost! Quirky, curious, interesting and, since I'm happy to walk 20 minutes, close enough to the town. Thoroughly enjoyed! Remember, it isn't a hotel. Stunning views from outside!
I tend to like places more than dislike. The sliding gate access is tricky. While the GPS coordinates are exact, the number 3 and name are different to the property name here. I wasn't sure I was at the right place.

Out of all the places I’ve rented, this one offers the best value for money in terms of my satisfaction (I’ve been in Greece in winter for over a month now and this is already my 7th place). I especially recommend it to mountain lovers.
There is a large parking area, easy access to the city (even on foot), a comfortable bed, and the heating works well (I stayed here in winter). The balcony with a mountain view is a big plus. The apartment has all the essential equipment (the only thing missing is a proper cooking facility).
Communication with the owner is easy (probably best via WhatsApp). Perfect for one person, though two people can manage as well..
My trip is quite spontaneous, but if I’m in the area again, I’d be happy to book this place again.

- The shower is exactly as shown in the photos – very compact and combined with the toilet, but that’s just a matter of getting used to it (I’ve encountered this quite often in Southern Europe).

I stayed at this property for the second time within a month. Previously, I had an apartment on the upper floor and rated the stay well (8). This time it was worse, although the price was the same for both rooms (this time I chose a ground-floor room).
Pros:
- Definitely the location – close to the city center while still being slightly secluded. Quiet, with a nice view of the mountains and the orchard.
- Plenty of parking space.
- Easy communication with the owner.
- A plus was the bathroom threshold, which the upstairs apartment didn’t have – it prevented water from leaking out of the "shower-toilet" area.
Cons:
-I received only a very small towel per person – no bath towel.
- Limited space. It’s fine for one person, but uncomfortable for two.
- The bed is fairly comfortable, but essentially single-sized – very tight for two people.
- No air conditioning – although in my case (winter) there was a heater that worked well. Fine for winter.
- The kitchen sink had a tiny faucet that was very inconvenient to use.
- The kitchenette was rather poorly equipped: glasses, sink, kettle, and fridge (old and noisy).
- No proper windows (only frosted glass with bars) – good for security, but not much natural light. You can feel a bit like you’re in a prison. The upper floor was much better (and it also had a small terrace).
- No clothes dryer (there was one upstairs).
