Appartement très propre, confortable et calme malgré sa situation au bord d'une route. Chara est adorable et serviable. Elle se plie en quatre pour que le séjour de ses hôtes se passe bien.

Een gezellig appartement met aparte slaapkamer en leuk ingericht. Ook gunstig gelegen net buiten centrum waardoor je daar makkelijk kunt parkeren. Ook een mooi balkon waarin je in de middag/ avond zon kunt zitten of kunt eten.

This flat was in a perfect location, on a main street coming into the town, with a great view and yet still quiet at night. I didn't know what to expect in Sparta, but having such a nice place to stay made it easier to enjoy everything else. It is a very small town and, frankly, the tourism seems confined to a rather Hollywood impression that people have of the area - it is best to acquaint yourself with the real Sparta before you choose to visit, and the host was helpful in this respect. The flat is also directly across the street from the Central Library of Sparta, which could be helpful. It is a short drive to the Byzantine site of Mythras, the acropolis of Ancient Sparta, and my particular favorite, the "Temple of Helen", known locally as the Menelaion, just southeast of the town. Although not completely relevant to this flat, the location of Sparta also is a good jumping off place to the peninsula of Monemvasia, and an absolutely stunning road over the mountains to the beach resort of Leonidio.
