Μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης, πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, καλοφτιαγμένο, καθαρό και καλά συντηρημένο, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμουν. Πολύ βασική για μένα είναι η ύπαρξη καφετιέρας Nespresso. Βρίσκεις θέση στάθμευσης εύκολα στους γύρω δρόμους. Έχει ησυχία γιατί τι διαμέρισμα βλέπει πισω στον ακάλυπτο. Πολύ σαφείς οι οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη και άμεση ανταπόκριση στα ερωτήματα.
Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας είναι λίγο σκοτεινή και απεριποίητη, ανάβει το φως με φωτοκύτταρο αφού έχεις διασχίσει την μισή απόσταση μέχρι το ασανσέρ. Το ίδιο και το φως στον 1ο όροφο, σβήνει αμέσως πριν προλάβεις να βρεις την κλειδαριά στην πόρτα του διαμερίσματος. Η κλειδαριά επίσης του διαμερίσματος θέλει λίγο συντήρηση, παιδευόμουν πολύ να γυρίσω το κλειδί και να ανοίξω.
