Perfect location! Owner was very lovely and accommodating to our needs and questions. The facilities including the bathroom and kitchen were great.

I really liked the host, she is very nice, flexible and helpful. Studio has great location and perfect for solo travelers and couples. Would be a bit small if you have children.
Decoration is very nice and stylish (rustic style) especial bedroom half and tge entrance. I didn't need the kitchen much, but if you need it it's available.
It could get a bit noisy at night, but this is Itilian style of leaving due to the hit during the day. Overall I am happy with my stay in Center house :)
It's not that there was something that I didn't like, just Poligniano housing is a bit overpriced. But this is reality :) If you are looking for the lower budget, you need to look for something not centrally located. The town is small and you can get to the center easyly by train.
