The "Nel Sole" apartment is located on a narrow street in the heart of Polignano, preserving the tranquility and peace of its past despite its central location.
The residence, finely renovated with characteristic barrel vaults and exposed tuff, is spread over two floors. On the first floor are the bathroom and two traditional Apulian alcoves housing the beds and connecting to the living room. On the second floor are the kitchen and terrace.
The bathroom is small but fully equipped! The highlight of this place is the property's splendid terrace, with a partially covered structure that allows you to truly relax amidst the greenery in complete privacy. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in this delightful little private outdoor space!
The apartment is located 50 meters from the main square and a few hundred meters from the sea and the narrow streets of the historic center, with its breathtaking terraces overlooking the sea.
Its location just outside the historic center makes the apartment easy to reach by car.
There are two typical Apulian alcoves containing a double bed and two single beds. However, there are no doors separating the living room from the bedrooms, but two curtain systems provide ventilation, light, and privacy when needed.
Split-unit air conditioning in the living room.

Great appartement downtown centre Polignano.
We loved the layout of the appt. Especially the roof terrace ♥️
The bed wasnt as comfy as it looked, too short for me as i'm almost 2m long.
Contact with the host was great. Would definitely recommend the appt!!

Pěkné bydlení s úžasnou terasou hned za branami historického centra a 5 minut chůze na pláž.Maličká koupelna, ale se vším všudy. Občas jsme postrádali nějaký druh kuchyňského náčiní, ale to jsou malé věci a ostatně, poradili jsme si.Dům čistý, ulice klidná.Majitelka byla milá a trpělivá (přijeli jsme pozdě v noci s velkým zpožděním), více už jsme se nepotkali.Polignano samotné je krásné město s příjemnou atmosférou. Městská pláž možná trochu nepohodlná, ale překrásná.Vřele doporučujeme - město i místo.
