V centru a pritom klidne misto, v blizkosti parkovani, coz je skvele, kdyz mate pujcene auto z autopujcovny.

Jó elhelyezkedés. Közel az óváros, illetve a z óvárosban lévő régi lakás, kissé felújítva. Hangulatos "retró" stílus.
A fürdőszoba belmagassága 160 cm-nél magasabb vendégnek problémás. Vicces volt, hogy a fürdőszoba a "szekrényből" nyílt. A bejárati ajtót csak vékony ember tudja gond nélkül használni. Az ágy és a háló rész kissé szűkös.

Posizione ottimale per vivere il borgo. A pochi passi da largo Ardito e via Roma. Bella l'idea di arredare in stile vintage il piccolo terratetto.
Il bagno davvero angusto, con ingresso molto basso e la doccia sul lavandino. Assenza di bidet. Purtroppo infissi vecchi e logori che durante le giornate di pioggia causano infiltrazioni d'acqua. Condizionatore poco funzionale per l'aria calda. Una location molto più adatta alla stagione estiva.
