About this house rental
This executive home is located in Sylvan Lake, AB. A beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. There is ample parking for vehicles and recreational vehicles. Main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Surround sound on the main, downstairs and outside. The basement has a games room, a theatre room as well as a fully equipped bar, that leads to a walk-out patio with seating. Outside, there is a kids swing set and trampoline, a BBQ, fire pit, fire table with seating.

This is a great location for family and friends to stay when visiting Sylvan Lake. It is not lake front but you can access the water with a short walk. The property is spacious and well kept. There was plenty of room to park if you have a boat to store overnight.

The property is well equiped for fun things to do. The firepit, trampoline, air hockey, foose ball, and threatre were excellent. The grounds are well maintained. Some suggestions for improvement: upgrade all the mattresses, more wine glasses-plastic and glass, more plastic regular glasses to take outside, and more dishes. Overall, it is a very nice property.

We had a fantastic stay with our group of six adults and four teenagers. The property had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the layout worked really well for a large group.A couple of small things could make it even better: a larger coffee maker would be a huge plus, as our seven coffee drinkers needed several rounds in the morning. In the smaller downstairs bedrooms, a nightstand or small bedside lamp would add convenience, and eventually upgrading to a queen-size bed would make those rooms more comfortable for couples.Overall, we loved our time here and would happily recommend it to other families or groups looking for a comfortable and roomy getaway.
