Welcome to our spacious lakefront property in the heart of Jarvis Bay! The main home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. For larger groups, an optional 1-bedroom suite/casita can be added for an additional nightly fee, increasing the total capacity to 11 guests.
This private suite is seamlessly connected to the main house, located on the main floor just off the front foyer. When included, it becomes part of the home and offers:
- A fifth bedroom with a queen bed
- A fourth full bathroom
- A second living room
- A full kitchen and laundry area
- A private exterior entrance and deck

This is an absolute jewel of a property! It is exactly as described and more! Perfect for our friends reunion! The location is perfect with the lake right across the road and we loved how accessible the downtown area was! Really enjoyed our three night stay.

Beautiful house and great location. Lots of space. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in our group and this house accommodated all our needs perfectly.

Minor cabinet maintenance needed.Blind system is a little hard to work.We had one minor incident that needed immediate attention and was taken care of promptly and professionally. Good location, nice outdoor areas, quiet, good walking trails, shoet drive to downtown and excellent beach access. Overall, very nice and accommodating.

This is a very nice property but for the cost, a little too much "Self Serve" and no attention to detail on cleanliness. The ceiling fan light in the living room was full of cob/dust webs, there were bits of food on the kitchen counter, the barbeque was not clean so we could not use it (don't want to be scrubbing a barbeque on my vacation!) the deck cooler had not been cleaned and there were food stains on the deck. The water dispenser was empty - guests are asked to leave at least one day of water for the next guest but the prior renter did not, so we had to go get water first thing. Very limited TP and paper towels, although the owner did give us the ability to enter the storage area to get more. The master bedroom is as nice as it looks, but at this price I would have expected nicer sheets, not really thin sheets with pilling. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you need to cook including a gas stove. Not sure how anyone renting the whole house could ever meet the laundry requirements of washing all the sheets and towels before 11:00 AM checkout. Half the guests would not be able to use sheets or shower the night before. At this price point you should not have had to wash your own sheets and towels. Very nice house, nice furniture and a great deck close to the water and priced for a premium experience - unfortunately many of the premium details seem to be neglected.
