Additional House Rules

Property Condition: Upon check-in, please inspect the property and take photos of any issues, damage, or cleanliness concerns you notice. Send them to us immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.

Toilet Use: Please flush and hold the toilet handle down for a few seconds to ensure a complete flush.

Toilet Clogs: If a toilet becomes clogged, please do not attempt to unclog it yourself. Improper attempts can cause significant damage to the plumbing and property. Instead, contact us right away and we will assist you.

Fire Alarm & Cooking: When cooking, please turn on the range hood/vent fan to help prevent smoke from triggering the fire alarm.

Shoes: Please remove your shoes at the entrance.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and the use of any recreational drugs are strictly prohibited inside the property and anywhere on the premises.

Care of Property: Please treat the home, furnishings, appliances, and electronics with care and respect throughout your stay.

Electrical Usage: Please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances (such as hair styling tools, clothes irons, or portable heaters) on the same circuit at the same time, as this may overload the circuit and trip the breaker.

Parties & Events: Parties, events, gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted at any time.

Checkout: Before departure, please place all used dishes in the dishwasher, add a dishwasher pod, and start the cycle. Please also bag all garbage and place it in the designated garbage bin.

Departure: When leaving, please ensure all windows are closed, lights are turned off, and the door is securely locked. To lock the door, simply close it and press the Yale button on the keypad.
