Blue & Green View villa is designed for your ultimate pleasure. It offers a private swimming pool and is just a short drive away from the center of Rhodes town, and less than a 10 minute drive from the blue flag certified Kallithea beach. The Villa is perfect for up to 8 people and is well designed to offer you a complete relaxation and memorable holidays in Rhodes.
Blue & Green View Villa offers 3 spacious modern bedrooms with double beds, and 1 comfy double sofa bed in the cozy living room. The modern villa has a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, and a fully equipped stylish kitchen for any meal preparation. Also, there are 2 bathrooms and one additional WC. Outdoors, guests will find a dreamy private pool, furnished with sunbeds and parasols surrounded by a beautiful garden. The villa also offers furnished dining areas ideal for evening gatherings, where you can enjoy a meal and a drink with your loved ones.
The villa is located near Faliraki and Kalithea, the surrounding area and the location give you the opportunity to make the most out of your holiday. In a 5 minute drive away visitors can find a wide range of conveniences like supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, car rentals. The organized beach in Faliraki is located an only 15 minute drive away as well as an only 20 minute drive away from the quite popular Anthony Quinn Bay. Also, amazing Tsambika Beach, which is found 1 km away, features golden sand and crystal clear shallow waters. Blue & Green View villa is also an ideal base for those looking to make the most of their time on the island by visiting places of historical importance, cultural significance and natural beauty. Lindos and its ancient Greek Acropolis are only 40 minutes away. Rhodes town and the medieval city, a UNESCO monument of global cultural heritage, are also near the villa. The airport of the island is only a 20 minute drive away.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

Stayed for a week with friends who had not been on holiday overseas for 22 years and had never been to a Greek Island. Even with 2 - 3 days of lightning storms we had an amazing time.
The villa was awesome, we have stayed at a few villas and sometimes the photography is very good and the villa does not live up to the online space etc. This is completely opposite, the whole villa and garden were idyllic. My only regret was we did not book for 2 weeks.

A stunning villa with all the amenities you can need, a lovely welcome pack is included too. The setting is so peaceful and tranquil. You do need a car as on a hillside, but falaraki and old town Rhodes are not a long drive. We enjoyed our 6 days here so much we’ve already booked to come again next year.

We had a fantastic week at the villa. As per the photos it has so much beautiful green private space within its grounds. The pool is huge for a private villa and very well maintained.
Best to hire a car due to its location up a little way back from the coast in a very quiet area however this provides such a peaceful stay with nice views of the sea in the distance.
Villa is spacious and well equipped. It’s not been modernised but kept in great condition with everything you need with good air con units in every room.
With a car in 8-10mins you can easily get to amazing quiet bays with wonderful local food / beach restaurants, safe rock pools and sheltered sea swimming.
We definitely plan to go back. The whole family enjoyed Rhodes and indeed the villa.
*****It’s worth noting however that we did have an issue with the large Fridge/Freezer ice machine that was reported on the 1st day and wasn’t fixed until our last day! They provided a smaller fridge unit without a working freezer for stay but it was an inconvenience. Our message to the owner is that you really should act more quickly on issues if they arise. Why have such a great facility yet allow a faulty fridge/freezer to become a big inconvenience to your guests?*****
That said we would go back - its a great villa.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it was everything as advertised. Beautiful home, private location, pool was lovely as well as the backyard and the house was clean with all that we needed. We stayed with my mother and 3 kids (ages 12, 13 and 14). The kids loved the pool and enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. We were there to visit family in Kritinia, as well as explore Rhodes. The house was in a private location that felt very safe but was close to everything we needed. Maria from the Rhodes Holiday agency was wonderful to work with as well and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to stay at, it is off the beaten path of tourists but close to everything you need. We rented a car, which I would highly suggest to be able to explore on your own time as there are so many parts of Rhodes to enjoy (Lindos, Kritinia castle, the harbor, The market close by was great-they even have a counter to order coffee, pastries and sandwiches, and coffee shops and restaurants are all near by as well. Only about 10 min to Old Rhodes Town and easy to get anywhere. Our favorite beach was the sandy beach Agia Agathi (about 30 min away) or if you want something closer, Kallithea Springs is about 10 min going the back road (left out of the house) and great to spend the day swimming and sunbathing and enjoying the cafe/food drink services (just get there early). Beautiful home and we really had a great time!
