Rhodes holiday property management were awful from start to finish. Unhelpful, uncontactable and just not prepared to help. Booking.com also charge you extras without telling you.

De locatie is perfect, veel privacy. Groot zwembad, inclusief jacuzzi. Genoeg bedjes aan het zwembad. Slaapkamers zijn mooi ruim. 3 slaapkamers met eigen wc en badkamer.

De villa is echt fantastisch, vooral als je met een grote groep reist. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Vrijwel alles is aanwezig en de villa voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat de inrichting en faciliteiten (zoals de spullen in huis en bij het zwembad) duidelijk zijn afgestemd op acht personen, terwijl twee gasten op een slaapbank moeten slapen. Als er nog één extra slaapkamer beschikbaar zou zijn, zou de villa wat ons betreft echt perfect zijn. Verder is het een geweldige accommodatie en zouden we hier zeker nog eens terugkomen.

The property was so amazing! Beautiful location, amazing out door area with loads of comfortable sun beds, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and perfect! There’s a choice of two barbecues, and lots of dining areas outside. Inside everywhere was clean with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machines. Great beds with lots of storage space and extremely comfortable mattresses. The water is filtered so there’s drinking water and ice on tap from the freezer. Great location only a 15 minute drive into Rhodes, close to lots of beaches and the village itself was gorgeous and had some good meals there. The property looks even so much better and bigger in real life too even though the photos are still great it definitely exceeded our expectations for a relaxing, fun, comfortable stay. Really friendly welcome from the owners too who were so lovely.

This is a large and lovely villa where we spent an amazing 10 days. We were met by Esaias who gave us a tour of the house and provided us with a map and recommendations of places to go and places to eat all over the island, he couldn't have been more helpful and responded quickly to any messages. He also gave us details of a local car hire company. The pool was fantastic (and chemical free) and the garden area surrounding it was lovely. There were plenty of sun loungers and parasols and the cabana was lovely for chilling out in. The kitchen had everything you could need for a night in as well as a large outside BBQ area. Although we hired a car to explore the island, the villa is just a short walk from the fabulous village of Koskinou where there are several great restaurants.
