About this villa rental

Villino Cecilia is a detached villa built all on one level situated in a quiet residential area of Marina di Pietrasanta called Fiumetto a few meters from the sea.
Relaxation is guaranteed in a well prepared with all the amenities. The villa has a large driveway where up to three cars can be left. It is 250 meters from the sea so do not even need the bike to go to the beach!

The house consists of a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for longer stays, a living area with a dining table and a living room with a glass door that opens onto the beautiful veranda with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining.
A corridor then leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 2 modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a washing machine.

The large terrace placed in front of the living room with views of the garden and especially the magnificent magnolia offers a wonderful place to eat al fresco during the warm months. All services are within a few minutes walk, including a bus stop connecting to Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. For the little ones the pine forest and the playground are 300 meters away, near bars and restaurants etc.

Outside a small storage area offers a place for bicycles.

The property was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and everything else that we needed. It was nicer inside than the photos. I think it would be improved by better clothes hangers and more living room seating (perhaps an arm chair). The property is in a great area and we enjoyed the beach, Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasanta. However, it should be noted that the beautiful beach is nearly all owned by local Bagnos. The small stretch of free beach was a short drive away.

The property was actually nicer than it looked in the pictures. We spent most of our time in the property on the patio, and had a couple of evenings in, as the kitchen was well equipped. The location was good, and the bar on the corner had excellent gelato and granite! Elena was very helpful prior to our arrival, and every question and request was fulfilled. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Everything about the place was perfect for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teens). The house was clean and had everything you will need for your stay. Comms and check in/out was perfect. From the house you can walk to the beach in less than 10 mins, gelateria in less than 5, mini market in 10 and a cafe in 5. Perfect for a relaxing break or for exploring the many amazing places in the area. We’d highly recommend.

The house is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood about 3 blocks from the ocean. It is bright and airy. The beds are super comfortable. What’s lacking is in the kitchen, decent utensils such as knives that can cut, butter knives as there weren’t any, a drain stoppers so you could wash dishes in the sink, a proper toaster as the one that was supplied didn’t have the right plug to plug into the socket. The supplies that were given to us a party of 4 for a 5 night stay were sparse where we had to go out and buy additional, e.g. two rolls of toilet paper for our stay, no tea towels for drying dishes. Unfortunately the property manager was not able to be there when we arrived and sent a colleague who showed us where things were but didn’t properly explained things well like how to turn on the heat, or to get into the shed where there was cleaning materials e.g. brooms for sweeping the floor, bicycles to ride and a bbq to use. We were shown these when we asked how to get into the shed when we checked and was shown then. Disappointing! A suggestion would be to have instructions in the house written in the language of the guests staying at the time. The property manager was available when we needed her and was very helpful as well.

Great Villa in good location

The villa is excellent and is in a great location. It was perfectly clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and linen was spotless. The garden is nice but some sun loungers would be a good addition as we had a toddler with us so spent more time at the villa. Also some more comfortable living room furniture would have been nice. We would use the villa again if we needed accommodation in the area. The agents did everything to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

Tuscany in Style (owner) - Elena - is actually a property management office located 10min from the house, they do the check-in and administration of the house. We first went to their office and picked-up the key, they introduced us to the house with all the details and info we needed. They respond really quick to any question, they offer solutions and give you additional info or advice if you need. The communication was flawless. The house is perfect, we were 6 friends and it was just what we needed. It's close to the sea, close to the the center of Marina di Pietrasanta (further from Pietrasanta, but not with much) and still in a quiet area, surrounded by other beautiful houses. It does not have AC, but except from that it is equipped with anything you might need or desire. It has a dishwasher which is great, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine which was a beautiful surprise for us (we love coffee). The oven, the microwave and all the tableware available complete the perfect kitchen. The terrace is amazing, perfect for breakfast, the bathrooms are spacious and the entire house is very clean. The garbage has a special treatment and you need a training to follow the rules for it (where to put each type, when to take it out, what bags or bins to use) but you get used to it in time and it works. Overall, we totally recommend this house and if we re-visit the area we will want to stay there again! Thank you!

Die Villa ist sehr nah am Strand, hat viel Platz im Garten und hat Platz für die Autos. Die Gegend ist ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es auch einige Restaurants.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Lage um Ausflüge zu machen nach Pisa, Lucca usw. Wer gerne am Meer ist hat auch nicht weit. Die 200 Meter zum Meer sind etwas optimistisch:-) Ist aber kein Problem. Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern eine schöne Woche in Pietrasanta verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Resaturant Il Cantuccio ganz in der Nähe vom Haus.

Un piacevole soggiorno vicino al mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta in 4 adulti e 1 bambino, siamo stati benissimo! La casa è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la veranda per mangiare all'aperto. I bimbi possono giocare in giardino, la spiaggia è a soli 5 minuti a piedi e con una passeggiata un po' più lunga si arriva a Tonfano e ai suoi negozi. Ci sono anche vari ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi e un negozio di noleggio bici, quindi se si desidera si può noleggiare una bici e raggiungere Forte dei Marmi o Lido di Camaiore. Un grazie di cuore alla signora Elena e a Stefano così come ai loro colleghi, sono stati molto gentili e cordiali.

This was a great holiday house for us. We particularly liked being close to the sea. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, it was perfectly well equipped for us. Elena made it every easy for us and arranged for us to be met at the house by her colleague, who showed us all over the house and how everything worked. If we had any problems (which we didn't) it was great to know that we had someone nearby to contact.

A REALLY A BEAUTIFUL VACATION. Travelling with 2 young children and my parents we chose this house for the proximity to the sea and the area. We had a great time. Everything perfect, clean house, the welcome of Elena was really precious, gave us a lot of information about the area, even during the stay we contacted her to ask some information and she always been friendly and helpful. We will certainly recommend the house to families with children and if we should return to Versilia we will definitely stay here.
