One-storey villa with a large terrace 300 meters from the sea very close to the center composed of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, large living room, equipped kitchen, immersed in a huge green park with barbecue and patio to enjoy a relaxing holiday without parking problems. Available 5 bicycles, heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, 2 televisions. Also ideal for children. Pets Allowed

This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything.

Communication to owner was only via phone. Upon arrival the property was just as listed. Inside had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, not sure if this was mentioned in the listing. It was very early in the season so the apartment may have been closed up for while. Sad to say the washing machine was broken and smelled bad. We were counting on using it. Overall the apartment met expectations for proximity to beach and night life. We would visit there again.

Loved the place. Villa was the perfect size and had everything we were looking for. The veranda is perfect for breakfast or for relaxing on at the end of the day. Perfect location for the beach. Annalisa was very helpful and was always available for us. Bed sheets and towels aren't included in the price but homeaway doesn't tell you this or that you also need a deposit

Abbiamo fatto purtroppo solo un week end , ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è vicina all mare è grande , pulita,un gran bel giardino che circonda la casa. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile . Ci ritorneremo!!!

Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Gäste des Jahres, weshalb das Haus die ersten Tage leider noch sehr ausgekühlt war. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind fantastisch, im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, allerdings ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Annalisa ist sehr freundlich und hat uns toll empfangen, außerdem war sie bei unserer Abreise sehr flexibel kurzfristig einen Termin zu machen, vielen Dank!

La casa si è rivelata molto bell, grande, pulita con un giardino enorme. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Molto consigliata per un weekend con amici...magari in un periodo più caldo e con sole 😜 per poter sfruttare il giardino per delle grigliate

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in questa casa, che abbiamo trovato pulita e fornita di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Le camere sono ampie e il giardino circostante è pieno di alberi che offrono tanta ombra. La posizione è perfetta, a meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e da panifici e supermercato, insomma super consigliata!

Casa accogliente e spazi interni ed esterni perfetti anche per quando non si può andare in spiaggia. Posizione ottima: vicino a negozi, alimentari parco giochi e spiaggia. Ampio spazio per le auto di cui, una volta parcheggiato, non ha più bisogno fino alla partenza.

Nice holiday home on a quiet street: with 5 minutes you are on the beach or in a nice shopping street. the bikes at the house were nice to visit some further places nearby. The garden is spacious with a cozy pergola where you can sit at a table in the shade with 8 people. There are no sun loungers. The house itself has 3 bedrooms where 1 has air conditioning. The double beds are equipped with hard mattresses. Another air conditioning is in the living room where there is also a sofa bed.. The plumbing was basic. The kitchen was spacious with plates, pans and cooking utensils.

Wir wurden herzlich von Annalisa und ihrer Mamma empfangen. Viel Raum stand uns und unseren Hund im Haus und im Garten zur Verfügung Schöne Plätze, Strände, Märkte und Städte waren leicht erreichbar . Nichts Positives kann ich leider über die Agentur berichten. Die Buchung über FeWo konnte erst nach vielen Anläufen ausgeführt werden . Nach schwieriger Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur war dann von Fehlern im System zu hören. Zum Glück hatten wir trotz des Ärgers im Vorfeld wunderschöne Tage bei Annalisa. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

The house is beautifully located in a small lane just 5 min away from both the beach and the promenade with its restaurants and bars. Likewise, the weekly market is held just a few metres down the road. You may take your breakfast or dinner either under the trees in the vast garden or on the terrace in front of the house. Children have ample to run around or play ball games. The checkin and checkout were easy and simple.

Lage der Haus ist Perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß den Zentrum von Tonfano in 5min erreichen und das Meer in ca. 10 min. Wünderschon am Samstag ganz in der Nähe das Markt. Das Haus ist geräumig und die Küche sehr gut Aufgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert an unsere Fragen/Wünsche reagiert. Wenn wieder in der Gegend werden wir sicher das Haus nochmal Mieten. La villetta è posizionata benissimo. In 5 minuti a piedi si è in centro a Tonfano e dopo altri pochi minuti al mare. Il sabato ci si può godere un bel mercato quasi sulla porta di casa. La casa è spaziosa e la cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari. La proprietaria è gentilissima ed è sempre stata pronta a risolvere in modo celere tutto i nostri problemi e realizzare i nostri desideri. Nel caso decidessimo di fare delle ferie in zona affitteremo la villetta di nuovo.

La casa è meravigliosa con parco intorno tenuto molto bene, salone enorme su grande terrazza abitabile, zona tranquilla ma in centro (vicino alla via con negozi /ristoranti e lungomare, vicino al mercato estivo il sabato) e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Cucina molto accessoriata. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Tutto bene. Proprietaria carinissima e disponibilissima a qualunque ora. L'unica sorpresa riguarda le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che sulla app di Homeaway risultano disponibili in loco, ma senza costi aggiuntivi, invece sul sito internet di Homeaway risultano da pagare a parte. Questo però é un problema della app di Homeaway e non della proprietaria che era sorpresa quanto me di questa discrepanza. Morale 200 euro in piú non preventivate. Per chi prenota su Homeaway: non fidatevi della app!!
