About this apartment rental

For the summer 2018 rent in Baia Santa Reparata, just 1.5 km from Santa Teresa, to careful people in use, newly renovated house, with large living room and comfortable sea view lounge, kitchen with fridge, freezer, 5 burners and ventilated oven, 2 bathrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, furnished verandas overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Capo Testa from which in the evening you can hear the sound of the sea ..... and admire beautiful sunsets. The apartment, which is located in is located in a beautiful setting of green, and an uncovered parking space 100 meters from the beautiful Bay of Santa Reparata beach, then walk a few steps. Max 4 beds. prices will be evaluated based on the period and number of people. the rental includes household linen, (on request) 32 '' flat television, washing machine, barbecue, umbrella, beach chairs and 1 bicycle to take a walk in the splendid Bay. a small newsstand-market is located 100 meters from the house. The apartment is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves with the sea and with nature. For children, we provide a cot and a highchair!
