About this house rental
The apartment was once a hayloft of a seventeen century villa. It has been elegantly restored and faces a silver coloured olive tree field.
It is a very comfortable holiday-home immersed in nature, surrounded by the many beauties of the Chianti region. It is close to Florence and Siena (approx. half an hour drive).
The ground floor consists of a sunny sitting and dining room next to the kitchen, overlooking the backyard. The entrance is thruogh a small garden.
The main bedroom with a small study, is located in the first floor, next to the bathroom with shower; the wooden stairs lead to the 'mansarda' that has a small and cosy bedroom.

Had a lovely stay at Poggio Borgoni - the setting is stunning and is very quiet. A great place to get away from the busy towns and cities to recharge and relax.
The main room is good for two people to read, relax, write etc and there is enough of a kitchen to cook some simple dishes to avoid going out all the time.
The ability do go for a walk amongst the vines and olive tree's each day was also lovely.
The owners are lovely and welcoming people too - we didn't have a lot of interaction with them as we were doing our own things but they were very helpful when we needed something or advice.
Would come again for sure.

Wir fanden den Ort problemlos ohne Routenplaner. Hof und Ferienwohnung außerhalb des Ortes in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Herrlich die Terasse. Interessante Ausflugsziele in der Toskana ließen sich von der Wohnung aus gut erreichen.

Superbe petite maison en plein cœur des vignes et oliviers, tranquillité assurée messieurs Jean Franco et fils sont des gens très sympathiques et généreux qui savent accueillir les gents dans la plus pure tradition Toscane.

Eine wirkliche Idylle mitten im Chianti in traumhaft schöner Lage mitten in der Natur . Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles Notwendige. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für alle Bedürfnisse ausreichend und entspricht der Beschreibung. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung m. E. allerdings etwas zu klein. Der Treppenaufstieg in die 2. Etage ist für Kleinkinder oder alte Leute nicht gut geeignet. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut empfehlenswert.
