Good location to start our Tuscany tour, but the bed was terrible & the breakfast was poor.

Location was good. It was a scenic farm. The room was interesting rustic decor. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was very good.

The bed was terrible; I sank into a valley even though I weight only 190 lbs. Breakfast wasn't good. All pre-packaged sweets.

Friendly people, enjoyable country and culture and want to return soon!

Breakfast was simple snacks stocked in room but there were fresh eggs left in the hall. Bus stop outside of property and easy access to Florence and Impruneta. Our timing was perfect since Impruneta had a grape festival while we were there and became one of the highlights of our trip. Buses were busy and not necessarily on schedule but made a day trip into Florence enjoyable.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful place

It was in a beautiful location with gorgeous views over the Tuscan hills. It was a charming traditional building with everything needed for self catering including local oil, fresh ground coffee and yoghurts which were refilled generously as needed. (Also lots of packaged sweet treats provided, but we prefer simple fresh bread for breakfast!) I loved the swimming pool which was always clean and very refreshing. The weather was extremely hot while we were there and the air conditioning unit was excellent. Monica was so helpful with everything!

There are mosquitoes in the region which are annoying but I was also bitten in Florence itself. My advice, take some mozzie repellent.

Tranquil peaceful location

Nice tranquil area, beautiful views. Clean room. Good equipped kitchenette, with good supply of pre packed breakfast items. Comfortable bed. AC a plus. Safe parking for motorcycle.

Nothing it was lovely. Maybe the stairs to the room were a little too upright. But up once in the evening and down in the morning so didn't give it much thought just for 2 nights.

A Peaceful Gem in Tuscany

My wife and I spent Easter at Olmi Grossi, a beautiful family-run property in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The hosts were kind, especially in supporting my husband’s additional needs, and made us feel right at home. The location is convenient—perfect if you’re driving, but also well-connected by a bus stop just outside that goes into the city center. I’ve stayed in many holiday homes, but this was by far the cleanest. Everything was spotless, and I felt incredibly comfortable. The host was thoughtful, checking in daily to see if we needed anything like extra towels or water. The landscape is stunning, with clear care put into the gardens and rooms. The family also produces their own honey, wine, and olive oil—all absolutely delicious. Olmi Grossi is a peaceful, beautifully maintained retreat, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Fantastic way to experience Tuscany outside of the major towns in a very intimate setting.

The snacks, fresh eggs, yogurt and beverages provided were excellent. Location is absolutely gorgeous.. very friendly owners who are happy to show you around the local town. Monica and Alberto made sure we had an excellent stay!

Surprising found

We were impressed how beautiful was our apartment. Very homey. Owners were sweet and gentle. I can say that everyone who stayed in this Agriturismo , felt as part of some family or community. Also swimming pool I would like to give compliments - relaxing under grape patio after swimming in clean and big swimming pool , doesn´t have price. Just compliments-wonderful! Breakfast ( typical Italian) was already in our apartment, Including many different yoghurts, milk, bread , jam and all type sweets (cookies, brioche) were filled up daily. I did appreciate these big bottles of water as with heat , the water is so welcome.

Worst breakfast ever!

I travelled to 106 countries and thousands of hotels, this was by far the worst breakfast I had been offered. I mean we come to a Fram stay in Tuscany with breakfast included we are expecting home cooked breakfast or a basket or something, instead she tells us, this is a traditional Italian way of breakfast self service, and she give us biscuits, backed dried crackers, and some tiny plastic Nutella and jan, and long life milk, and that's it! no bread, nothing nothing fresh, only packed stuff the kind that has more than a year expired dates, so we are stuck with stuff that no way my family can eat, and I was a Sunday so we couldn't buy anything. to her credit, she came back with half a load of bread and 5 tomotatos which we fried and ate, until the next day the shops opened. worst food experience ever! too bad because the place was so nice otherwise.

Exceptional

I think I put it in the wrong spot, but I just wanted to say that Monica and Alberto were absolutely phenomenal hosts. They helped us in every way possible from getting to different areas when we didn’t have a vehicle. I just wanted to say that we would definitely stay in their beautiful little bed-and-breakfast again!

Very good

Lovely accommodation set in hills above Florence. Our host provided water, milk, juice and snacks.. Also coffee and tea making facilities provided. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our apartment was very nice and we had a balcony with a nice view. There was a very nice pool in the grounds, which , sadly we did not use.We did not have a car so getting about was a bit tricky, but there is a limited bus service right beside the property .

It's a bit tricky getting about without a car. We are quite good walkers but the road to the nearest town is not too long but its very busy and there is no footpath.

Gorgeous place near Florence, simple and rustic, makes you immerse in another world. Big thumbs up for the pool.

Breakfast was the only thing that made me wish for more. It was enough in quantity, but it didn’t match the rest of the location. Something homemade would’ve perfectly completed an otherwise excellent stay.

Vey rude host. Very tiny beds, impossible for tall persons. The host did not make us feel welcome and almost kicked us out at 9:00am. We are born travelers and stayed in many RB&B in this area and we do not recommend this one.

We loved it! Nice room with balcony and view. Close to Florence, we took the bus not far from the hotel. And we enjoyed the pool as well!

We bought some extra things ourselves for breakfast (bread, eggs etc). Just a thing to keep in mind if you want more than sweet stuff + yoghurt for breakfast.

A wonderful place to enjoy Toscany

A lovely appartement with a beautiful view. The whole place, the garden and the pool are amazing! The owners are so nice and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they even picked us up at the garage. Thank you again for that!!

Heerlijke plek!

Eén van de mooiste accommodaties waar we ooit hebben overnacht. Zeer sfeervolle kamer in een schilderachtig gebouw. Het Italiaanse ontbijt vol zoetigheden op het zonnige terras met uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels is heerlijk. Heldere instructies bij de check in. We komen hier vast nog eens terug in de zomer als we ook gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad.

Beste Lage für Ausflüge. Inhaber geführt und herzlicher Empfang. Tägliche Reinigung. Erholung pur, sehr schöne Natur.

Der Pool war leider nicht mehr nutzbar. Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, dies war dann die Terrasse vor der Wohnungstür. Mit Frühstück gebucht, naja wer Kekse und Waffeln zum Frühstück mag, besser ohne Frühstück buchen.
