CASASIRIA is the ground floor apartment of about 50 square meters.
It can accommodate up to 5 people.
It is made up of a large central living room, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a large bathroom with a shower and is equipped with a TV, individual heating, a fully equipped kitchenette and a fridge.
The two rooms have been created at the ends of the apartment and are open directly on the living room: this particularity makes the apartment suitable for a couple with children, or two young couples.
You access the apartment through the garden and along the paved patio for exclusive use, which opens in front of the front door.
Being free of architectural barriers, it is also accessible to handicapped persons and wheelchairs.

The apartment is part of a newly built structure, which has two cozy and bright apartments.
At their disposal there is a large enclosed garden, a barbecue, a non-supervised above ground pool of 4x8 mt, and fitness equipment!
The apartments can be reserved both by groups up to a maximum of 12 people or each individually.

It can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people.
E 'consists of a large living / dining room, 3 seater sofa, TV, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, large double bedroom with possibility of adding a single bed, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower. Equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, it is bright and well protected in winter.
The apartment is accessed by passing through the garden and along the terrace of 25 square meters, for the exclusive use.
For all our guests, a washing machine and a dryer.

We had a fantastic holiday. Carla and Paolo were kind, friendly, and very accommodating. They made us feel at home. The houses were perfect for two families, and the swimming pool was a true luxury in the summer heat. The houses were very clean, and in excellent condition.Perfect place for a holiday with smaller (8 and 11 year old) and bigger (19 year old) kids.The location is excellent for visiting the Chianti wine area, and not far from Florence either (although we never made it that far!). We are very happy to recommend this place for a holiday, and will most definitely be back at some point in the future! Minna, mel & the kids (Liverpool), Hanna, Niko & the kids (Helsinki)

Our family (2 parents with 3 daughters) loved the house, it's locations and it's owners (Carla and Paolo). The house is new, very clean and nicely decorated. It's located on a Tuscan hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards. San Casciano is very near and offers grocery shopping, dining and a small and charming pedestrian only village center.
The house easily accommodated our family. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. The furnishings were all new except for several nice antiques. The shower is large (American style).
One of the strong benefits of this house lies in it's location. It is a little over two hours from many of Italy's blockbuster sites (Venice, Rome, Ravenna, Pisa, and Cinque Terra). It is even closer to Florence (20 minutes), San Gimignano, Volterra and Sienna (all within 45 minutes).
50 minutes from Roman hot springs.
Driving in any direction is breathtaking. The rolling hills, topped with villages and villas, seam to never stop. It was a magical stay.
Make sure to speak with Carla and Paolo about local foods and some of Italy's hidden gems that tourists often miss.
We would happily stay there again...hopefully this coming Summer.
