The property was beautiful! We was greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff, they could not do enough for you. We were upgraded to a beautiful garden room, which was lovely as it was my birthday. We had reserved a table at the La Loggia restaurant and had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was absolutely incredible. We had in room breakfast the next morning with a view and spent time at the pool, which was very relaxing. We loved that the property was dog friendly, even though we didn’t take ours, it was lovely to cuddle other people’s.
There was not much to improve on. We did have a little issue with the electricity in our room as it kept tripping. It looked as if there was water coming through the bathroom light but the staff were amazing at sorting it and we were only staying for one night so it didn’t cause us much trouble.

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff going extra mile, very tastefully furnished, everything top notch and extra mile
Breakfast buffet for my taste to small as most focus on a la carte (to little bread choices, cheese and cold cuts)

property is gorgeous!
Florence in June is hard. staff was overworked and Hot! very expensive to have no A.C! ( air conditioning wasn’t working the entire time we were there)
