Charming studio in a quiet residence, 2nd floor without lift, balcony, magnificent view of the DRUS, pleasantly located near the village of PRAZ with its shops and restaurants, golf, the Flégère ski lift.
The PRAZ train station and bus stop 300 meters away allow you to go downtown or more.

Had a great stay at Elizabeth’s apartment. It was plenty big enough for two adults. Fantastic location - a few mins walk to the train station and the Flegere lift.Amazing views from the balcony. Will be booking again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in June to hike in the Chamonix valley and it was absolutely perfect for two people doing that. In a peaceful area just north of the town but only five minutes' walk from Le Praz railway station. Free train tickets came with the accomodation.The flat is simple, but has everything you need. There is a nice balcony to sit out on with a stunning view of the Aiguille de Dru. We would definitely return, and would certainly recommend.

Our stay with Elisabeth could not have been any better. The unit was so lovely and charming - perfect for a couple or two adults. For our first time in Chamonix as well, Les Praz was the perfect location. Just a ten minute walk from the Flégère télécabine and a quick bus ride to either Grand Montets or the other lifts in Chamonix proper. Elisabeth was incredibly kind and responsive at all times. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

My self and 2 friends stayed at the flat for a week whilst mountaineering in chamonix. A bit tight for three adults, but perfect for a couple. The free train pass included with the flat made it easy to get to the centre. Highly recommended.

Great communication with Elisabeth, this is the second time we have stayed here in a couple of months as a base to ski the chamonix valley. The apartment location is perfect for access to walk to Flegere chair lift, les Praz centre and the train station that takes you up and down the valley. The apartment whilst compact has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Not to mention the view out the window of the Aiguille du Dru Is breathtaking.

Quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of Chamonix. 5-10 minute walk to the nearest bus/train stop. We were given a free bus/train pass by the landlord which allowed us to travel for free within the entire valley. The apartment is perfect for two people. Everything you need is on site and some more. Very clean and tidy. Communication with the landlord worked perfectly and we received a very good reception with the necessary instructions upon arrival. Really recommend this accommodation as it feels like we got very good value for money. If we return to Chamonix this is the obvious choice for us.

A good base to explore and ski Chamonix valley for 1-2 people. Parking, Internet, everything I needed was there. The only possible improvement I'd mention is that towels would be nice. Not easy to find a respective store in a touristy ski town. Should be super easy to fix. Would stay again.

The studio was a decent size, even with the sofa bed (which was also very comfy) left folded out there was plenty of room. The bathroom was modern with a good shower and importantly for me the kitchen was fully functioning and well equipped with enough space to prepare meals . And on a clear day you have a perfect view of the Dru from the balcony

Great quiet apartment close to really nice restaurants and a few bars.super handy for Flegere lift and within easy reach of chamonix town.10 mins by bus and a25 minute walk along the river. Apartment is compact and has everything one needs. It is good to note that bed linen and towels are not provided but there was plenty of blankets and the room was lovely and warm. Worth a stay and very reasonably priced.

We loved our stay. Communication was easy & helpful. The hosts gave us privacy but were available if we needed anything. Located in a peaceful setting with beautiful views but not far from activities and villages. We found the apartment clean, well equipped and comfortable.
