Residence "Le Bois du Bouchet", 5 storeys, surrounded by fields. 1 km from the centre, in a quiet position. In the complex: lift, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 30.Apr.. Parking. Shop, shopping centre, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Chamonix Mont-Blanc" 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, sports centre 600 m, skisport facilities 1.3 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 600 m. Nearby attractions: Téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi 1.6 km, Train du Montenvers Mer de Glace 100 m.
1-room studio 12 m2 on 4th floor, east facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Kitchenette (1 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Excellent séjour à la montagne dans ce studio charmant, près de Chamonix ville et près des trajets des promenades, L’arrêt de bus pas loin, pour les navettes de train de la région. Belle vue sur la montagne environnante, voire, les pistes lointaines de ski.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber durchaus geeignet für die Benützung durch ein Pärchen. Kleine Kochnische ermöglicht die Zubereitung von einfachen Gerichten, Kaffeemaschine, Herdplatte und Toaster sind auch da. Das Badezimmer ist auch OK, wenn auch die Duscharmaturen alt sind und getauscht werden sollten. Das Bett ist komfortabel, obwohl es sich um ein Ausziehsofa handelt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ich kann sie jedem Paar empfehlen dass ein günstiges Zimmer sucht.

Très bien pour voyager seule ou en couple, la localisation est parfaite pour faire des randonnées autour de Chamonix. Je recommande !
