About this cottage rental
A ground floor apartment near the town of Penryn in Cornwall and sleeping four people in two bedrooms. Shared hot tub with a booking system for guests to book private usage at £10 per week for adults and £5 for children payable on site.
Dexter is a ground floor apartment in a converted farm building, near the Cornish town of Penryn. Its two zip/link bedrooms include a super king-size and a king-size, along with a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Dexter is a contemporary apartment placed excellently for groups of four wishing to explore this fine part of Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, shared washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Bluetooth, selection of books, games and DVDs. Shared hot tub, with a booking system for guests to book private usage at £10 per week for adults and £5 for children payable on site. Wet-room and changing area next to the tub. Shared undercover area with table tennis and darts. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome to be kept on a lead at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Private pub with a pool table directly opposite the cottages ,offering soft drinks or guests are invited to take their own alcohol across if they so wish. Farm shop 0.5 mile, shop 2 miles. Note: The washing machine is in an external communal area. Note: Fishing lake on-site, children should be supervised at all times.

Dexter cottage was very well equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. We didn’t realise beforehand that we would look out into a little courtyard where people walked past. However we enjoyed our stay as a whole.
