About this apartment rental
This large penthouse apartment is located in the complex of Villa Cristal 2 in Los Nietos. The complex is front line to the beach and has a communal pool. The property has 3 bedrooms, en suite bathroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony which overlooks the pool area. There are steps to the private roof solarium where there is a large area for sunbathing or eating and from here there are stunning 360 degrees views across the Mar Menor, La Manga strip and farmland.
Los Nietos has some small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakers for fresh bread and a train station with regular timetables to La Union and Cartagena. It has the great beaches of the Mar Menor which has warm, shallow waters which are fantastic for families and perfect for many water sports

Nice and relaxing appartment
Some minopr things: Free WiFi in the appartment? Some international TV channels? The coach in the livingroom is not very comfortable.

Since this was not our first visit to this property we know that this is a very nice location and thus appartment. So we had again a good time. Maybe till 2017???
Some minor things like: seats and sofa are a bit worn. Little choise of international TV channels. No WiFi available.
