About this apartment rental
This new and modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the front line of the Mar Menor, in the Playa Príncipa Urbanisation, and has privileged views.
In the entrance we find a distributor with a large built-in wardrobe, the first room we find is the master bedroom, with a double bed, very spacious and bright, as it has 4 windows and has its own bathroom with shower. Next we find the kitchen, completely independent and fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave and gallery with washing machine.
The last door of the hallway gives access to a huge, very bright lounge, with a dining area set up for 6, and another area with a chaise-long sofa with Smart TV, which gives access to a large terrace with direct views of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying meals/dinners or simply to relax. From the lounge-dining room there is a small hallway that leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a family bathroom with a bathtub and a third bedroom with two single beds.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and both the living room and bedrooms have air conditioning units. It also has WiFi connection.
Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued residential developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings. It features a swimming pool situated on the beachfront of the Mediterranean, which is normally open from May to October. 2024 dates from May to 15 October.
It is a stone's throw from Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...
Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach right in front of the building, if you're escaping the crowds, this is your place!
We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.

Beautiful apartment with all mod cons, on the beach. Only down side was that the pool was closed, but at this time of year we pretty much expected it. Thanks to all at the Spanish connection - very helpful.
