About this apartment rental

Nice two-bedroom apartment located in the Punta Cormorán urbanisation, in the Veneziola area.



It is a cosy apartment full of beautiful details. It has a spacious living-dining room with a new sofa bed, TV and dining area; fully equipped independent kitchen with an annexed gallery where the washing machine and water heater are located; a family bathroom with bathtub; a bedroom with two new single beds; and a main bedroom with a new double bed and its own bathroom with bathtub. Both from the living room and from both bedrooms, you can access the terrace, perfect for enjoying views of the Mediterranean.



The apartment has centralised air conditioning with a cold/heat pump and WiFi connection.



Dogs are allowed with prior notice (£25 extra per stay).



It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment. Doing otherwise will result in the loss of the deposit.



For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, it is necessary to confirm before booking and they involve an extra fee of 30€.



Professional cleaning before and after the stay.



There is a parking space (included in the price) located in the underground garage of the residential complex.



The urbanisation has a beautiful swimming pool located just in front of the seafront promenade, with direct access to the beach. It is normally open from Holy Week until the end of September (dates to be confirmed according to the season).



LOCATION:



The apartment is located at km 17 of La Manga, Venezuela, in a first-line Mediterranean urbanisation - the apartment has side sea views. The Mar Menor is situated a few minutes from the apartment.

There are a couple of supermarkets in the area, several bars and restaurants and a pharmacy.



Just 3 km away there is another larger supermarket (Spar) and in the area of Puerto de Tomás Maestre there is another supermarket (Supercor). Near this area there is also a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts, as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass to use and enjoy the courts and attend the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
