This beautifully furnished modern bungalow is situated on the popular Arona complex which is within a 5 minute walk of the charming beaches of Mar de Cristal on the Mar Menor.
The bungalow is furnished to a very high standard and offers superb accommodation for your beach holiday.
It has 2 good size bedrooms; both have twin beds, ample wardrobe space and aircon. In-between both bedrooms, there is a modern family sized bathroom with a walk in shower.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living room areas are spacious and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and separate utility room. The modern living and dining area, is spacious and light with sliding patio doors that open out onto the pretty outside patio, which is a perfect space to have a family meal or just to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. From the outside patio you also have access to the large grassed communal pool area, which is the perfect place to relax and chill.
The bungalow has steps to its own private roof solarium which is a great area to sunbathe, read or eat, with roof top view of the picaresque communal garden. From the roof terrace you also have direct access to the cozy 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin beds and aircon.
The property provides free WiFi Internet and a Smart TV with channels from around the world including the UK.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, los dueños han pensado en lo que les gustaría encontrar en un alquiler vacacional y el apartamento está super bien equipado, además de ser muy acogedor.
Encontramos muchos pelos largos por la casa, sobre todo en las camas y las almohadas.
