Deluxe Heritage - Roof Top Pool & Gym near Sky Tower

Key collection was easy, coffee machine, location on a quiet upper floor. Pool on the rooftop had stunning views! Close to the seafront, & Airport coach.

Everything was great.

Tolle Lage, es ist nicht weit zu den Fähren. Wir waren toll am Wasser entlang joggen und haben eine wunderbare Bootsfahrt zur Vogelinsel Tiritiri Matanga gemacht. Praktisch ist auch, dass man im Hotel waschen kann und Zugang zu den Sporträumen hat. Natalie hat immer schnell reagiert, hatte gute Tipps z.B. für Restaurants, und konnte uns kurzfristig mit einem Problem mit der Schlüsselkarte helfen. Auckland ist eine tolle und vielseitige Stadt, die uns super gefallen hat.

Die Lage ist zentral, hat dadurch aber nicht den Charme von z.B. Ponsonby.

Because it’s an airbnb and not the hotel did not get towels nor sheets changed, nor beds made . Receptionists did not help w/ anything because they said we were not through the hotel . So same price as hotel w/ o advantage of hotel . Plus had to hire parking externally, they would not give us hotel parking rate either

Location was great and the roof top pool.

No parking, so being in the city the streets are metered at day from 8am to 6pm the street parks during the day are expensive so I would move my car to the car park for the day then back to the street at night which was a pain so I ended up leaving it in the carpark as that was cheaper but I was constantly having to extend the period which you can do via ParkMate app. I ended up with a breach as I didn’t have my phone on me when it needed to be done. Also no ramp for luggage when you enter the building so had to lug my suitcases up the stairs. I also thought there was going to be a washing machine and dryer in the room but the laundry was a shared one with coin machines.
