The location and the size of lounge kitchen area
Unfortunately on Friday and Saturday nights we had a live band playing underneath us in the pub til 3.00am in the morning and it was very loud

Great location and views of the water and harbour bridge. Wasn’t noisy at all … although it was Sunday night so not a real test. Very well appointed and clean.
Only downside is getting into the property is it’s complicated especially if you have a car … but a bonus to have parking.
