Great location. Facilities present but need attention, especially the main bed, pillows and shower. Other then that with things fixed it would be great. Bar outside lively but not really an issue for us as expected for location, which suited us as needed regular ferry use over to Devonport.
Shower wouldn't stop leaking and a few ugly cosmetic DIY patch jobs, but really the only big issue was that the main bed is beyond dead. So little spring left you literally fall off it when you try and sit on the edge. Wife had to move mid night and sleep on couch then get a remedial massage the next day. Slept with our adult daughter in second room for next 2 nights
