The living areas of the apartment were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the great view of the waterfront was as advertised and the location was brilliant.
There was an office inside the building, but no one was present to answer queries regarding a lamp which didn't work, a wall clock which didn't work and where to take rubbish and where to recycle glass etc.

Lovely apartment close to downtown Auckland with great views and well set up. Free garage parking is a big plus.
The noise from nearby bars and restaurants was really loud, particularly a thumping base beat and continued until 4am on Saturday and Sunday mornings so not conducive to good sleeping. Might be better earlier in the week. We had 4 people in the apartment and only one access key which was a pain if we wanted to do different things. The swimming pool is not in the complex and from the advert I dont think this fact was very clear though it is within easy walking distance.
