The apartment was very nice and had great views over Auckland. The Sky Tower was right next door. Very central for sightseeing excursions and exploring around the city.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better. They were not as clean as they should be. Made the management company aware of this.

L'emplacement,
Le logement est tout simplement sale, il mériterait une rénovation complète. Le canapé le fauteuil les moquettes sont tachées. La chasse d'eau de la chambre parentale coulait, le robinet de la cuisine n'était pas fixé, il y avait des traces de marque partout sur les murs, la peinture écaillée à certains endroits, le seul intérêt cet appartement est son emplacement. Si j'étais propriétaire de ce logement, j'aurai honte de le louer. Comme il est. Je ne retournerai pas dans ce logement à cause de cela et il ne mérite pas. Ces 5 étoiles. Regarder les photos et vous comprendrez. Dommage qu'on ne peut pas en mettre plus car c'est juste pathétique.
