It is priviliged located on a hill only 3 km from Parikia town.

At the ground floor there is a well decorated living room, a large dining room, two of the bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is the third bedroom with direct access to a huge veranda with exceptional views and one smaller bathroom!

Villa Anne-Marie 2 is 135 sq.m surrounded by the garden area and it also has spacious outdoor verandas with a second BBQ and pool view. At the ground floor there is a well decorated living room, a large dining room, three bedrooms which are seperated by four steps from the rest of the house, two bathrooms and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen.
