Paros, the central Cycladic island is famous for its beautiful beaches, its white marble, sculpted from Phidias's statues of the Acropolis. It is also justifiably claiming to own the most beautiful "Light of the Aegean".
This villa is in a unique place of Paros on a hill with a 360 degree panoramic view ", from where you can see sixteen islands: some of them are Mykonos, Delos, Tinos, Andros, Syros, Serifos, Milos and to Sikinos. It is 5 minutes drive to Agia Irini, one of the most beautiful beaches on Paros with fabulous taverns. There are 5km to the main town Parikia with the port and the airport.
The villa has an interior area of 150m², consisting of two independent units. On the ground floor is the large living-dining room with kitchen and bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom and an intimate terrace. The bench in the living room can be used as a comfortable extra bed.
On the first floor with external input is the studio with 24 m² with bathroom and terrace.
Summer in Greece means "outdoor living". About 400m2 terraces in all directions with lush seating, a traditional oven and a barbecue area provide ample opportunities for "breakfast-lunch and dinner", sunbathing and relaxing. Accordingly, the almost closed increased roost (Encove) two persons has a very romantic place to stay with a special atmosphere and a fantastic view.
The "Dom" is a pleasant shaded dining area with "concert hall" acoustics. The pool terrace is surrounded on three sides of the semicircle-shaped infinity pool, which is fed with "fresh" water through a small gently-flowing brook.
