Villa Costa Farangas is a new build property which sits elegantly on an amazing plot in an unparalleled position facing the Aegean sea and located just 500 m from famous Farangas beach. It is an independent house with its private pool suitable for group of friends or families.
Villa Costa Farangas combines contemporary clean line architecture with a Cycladic influence creating a modern luxurious setting both in and outdoors. Indoors the Villa’s white predominates with wooden and marble touches.
In the Main Villa the elegant living room sits next to the fully equipped open plan kitchen on the Ground floor. Meanwhile, the individually designed bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathroom, all spacious and well designed. One of them sits on the Ground floor, two on the upper level and the last one on the Lower floor. There are also 2 Independent Guest Houses, each one with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Outdoors the outsized marble covered terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers and pergolas resembling the lavish exterior of a six-star hotel. A large wind-protected dining area with a trendy bar and a gas BBQ adds style to afternoon cocktails and moonlit candlelight dinners.
