Description of the object:
The newly renovated apartment "Baltic Seagull" in March 2018 (total 64m²) is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet residential street. It consists of a living room (19 m², with flat screen TV, Bluetooth-compatible CD player with radio), two bedrooms, a shower bathroom and a kitchen. From the living room there is a door to a large terrace (24m²) facing south and to a beautiful garden, attractive for children and families. Enjoy the sun until late in the evening.
The fenced garden offers your children (playground) to roll around and play.
A beach chair, patio furniture and a grill invite you to make your wellness vacation unforgettable on warm summer days.
A large bedroom I (16 m²) has a large double bed, a small bedroom II (9 m²) has two single beds. In the kitchen (9 m²) you will find a fridge, ceramic hob with oven and a microwave. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle complete the equipment.

- 2 parking spaces in front of the house included
- There is enough space in the garage for your bicycles.
It is a non-smoking domicile. Pets are not allowed here.

The apartment is 600 meters from the center of Timmendorfer Strand, 650 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the train station. It is located in a quiet residential area with a traffic-calmed street. No busy thoroughfare. 1 or 2 cars can easily be parked on the property.
Arrival information:
If you come via the Autobahn (A 1), please take the Ratekau / Timmendorfer Strand exit, from there it is 6 km. You drive through Hemmelsdorf, keep going straight and you come to Timmendorf. Drive under an underpass, there is a Shell petrol station on the left, then turn right and after about 200 meters you will see the house on the right.

Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Wohnung war top.

Die Lage und die Kommunikation im Rahmen der Vermietung sind sehr gut. Das Objekt von Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ausreichend.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolle ruhige Lage in Timmendorf, Garten und Parken gut, Betten und Schlafen toll, leider beide Jalousien super super schwergängig und erst nach Nacharbeit gängig
Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse gut
Küche zweckmäßig, aber stark verbesserungsfähig, Toaster tot, Kaffeemaschine schäbig, Bad leider im Treppenhaus
Es müsste alles in Allem überarbeitetet und nachgearbeitet werden
