This exclusive location means there are no other apartments on this floor, offering extra privacy and tranquility. The apartment is characterized by its sloped ceilings, which create a particularly cozy and homey atmosphere. Enjoy the abundant natural light streaming in through the skylights while you soak up the first rays of the day on the small northeast-facing balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi (no entitlement to a refund or replacement in case of service disruptions) and also offers access to an underground parking garage, a bike storage room, and a shared laundry room.

Arrive and feel right at home—the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. The linens package includes two hand towels and one bath towel per person, as well as one shower mat and one dish towel per apartment. The two apartment buildings at Hauptstraße 20 are surrounded by well-maintained green spaces. Since the majority of the 2- to 6-person apartments are furnished with similar amenities, they are particularly well-suited for (extended) families as well as groups. Building 20 features a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines, so you don’t have to pack your suitcase too full—you can conveniently do your laundry right there. The same room also features a ping-pong table and a foosball table. If it happens to rain, you can play a few intense matches here. The 1.5 km to the beach is a quick ride by bike, so you can enjoy the Timmendorfer lifestyle and a bit of beach fun during the day. You can conveniently park your bikes in front of the building at one of the bike racks. There’s also a shared bike storage room accessible via the underground parking garage. Each vacation rental comes with a designated parking space, which may be located in the outdoor parking lot or in the underground garage.
