Erholsame Wintertage in sehr guter Lage zum Zentrum und zum Meer

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung.

Die Heizung war defekt.. Nach Schneefall wurde die total vereiste Haus-Eingangstreppe weder geräumt, noch gestreut. Es gab keinen Parkplatz fürs Fahrzeug auf dem Grundstück und keinen zweiten Wohnungsschlüssel zur Sicherheit.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Paare mit Kleinkind für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Man ist nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt und auch sofort an der belebten Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, auch dass Sealife oder die Therme kann man zu Fuß super erreichen. Die Küche der Wohnung war super gut ausgestattet. Außerdem war die Wohnung ruhig und für unsere Zwecke war die Größe ideal.

Der Hauseingang war leider sehr karg und auch länger nicht geputzt. Das beeinträchtigt leider den ersten Eindruck. Wenn man dann in die Wohnung kommt, ist man allerdings positiv überrascht.

Lage traumhaft. Auch mit Hund kein Problem. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll die Preiserhöhung in der Anzeige kenntlich zu machen.

Preis und Leistung stimmen überhaupt nicht.

Es war direkt am Strand und am centrum. Telefonischer Kontakt am anreisetag war nett.

Die Zimmerdecke sah aus wie ein altes Büro, neon Röhre machten es ungemütlich. Ein Bett das ursprünglich aus einem Schrank gezogen werden kann, sehr ungemütlich. Zudem stand das Bett direkt neben der Küche. Fenster zur Straße nur mit Plissees verstehen, man konnte die Fenster somit nicht öffnen, ohne das jemand von draußen rein schauen kann. Sehr hellhörig zu der oberen Wohnung. Kein Parkplatz und der versprochene Tipp zum parken kam nicht.
