Très propre, confortable et tous ce qu'on a besoin

Sophie was very helpful . She collected us from the train station and we were able to use the beautiful garden in the afternoon before our late flight home. The house is mid century with some lovely pieces of period furniture. Very spacious for 2 adults. The garden has many seating and sunbathing options. The street is quiet and 2 minutes walk from Frejus beach. St Raphael is an easy 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Spa supermarket around the corner. A great end to our holiday in South of France , thank you

The location is good enough, close to the sea. Although street parking is free of charge, it is very limited and often challenging to find. The host respected our privacy well. However, nothing good to mention about the accommodation itself, as it was way below our expectations from the pictures.

Mold smell in the apartment. The apartment was not heated prior the arrival in the beginning of April. There are electric radiators on the walls and we were able to switch them on after arrival, however, radiator in the living room was not working. Wifi connection was weak and interrupting. Clenaliness was mediocre, as well as the preservation of the garden area. Although I'm not afraid of them, there were rats and rat traps in the garden. The terrace is not connected to the living area as you might expect from the pictures and is located nearby small neighbouting building. I would not call the garden area assigned to the other ground floor apartment of the property extremely lovely as well, as it is limited both in size and privacy and located on the way to the entrance of the host apartment and the way to the apatment we stayed at.
