Splendid apartment completely renovated and tastefully, which can accommodate 4 people, in the heart of Fréjus-Plage in a quiet, tree-filled residence.
Come and enjoy the sun of the Var, the sandy beach a 3 min walk and the breathtaking panorama offered by this apartment.
Close to all amenities with a mini market at 4 min, a doctor at 2 min and a bus stop at 3 min, leave your car at the car park and experience the Var Dolce Vita while forgetting the traffic jams.
To be paid on site:
Bed linen if you do not bring your own: 15 € / per bed
If you do not wish to do the end of stay cleaning, the concierge bills the service at 60 euros.

Très bel appartement. Bien meublé. Très bonne literie propre. Fonctionnel. Tout prêt des commerces et de la plage. Je recommande.

Petites remarques pour cet appartement : tapis du salon qui est taché, lampe du couloir des chambres qui ne marche pas et plus embêtant, communication depuis l'appartement par le portier qui ne fonctionne pas, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a qu'un jeu de clés. Malgré tout, appartement très agréable et très bien situé.

Localisation idéal prêt de la plage, parking appréciable, climatisation. Appartement au calme.
Sébastien de la conciergerie est très sympathique.
Attention les linges de bain ne sont pas fournis, ni torchons dans la cuisine.
Nous avons passez de bonnes vacances.
