Lage, Umgebung, Strand, Pflanzen, Blumen, Ruhe traumhaft
sehr gepflegte Anlage, viel Grün und Blumen, großer Pool, falls man nicht im Meer baden möchte...
Wohnung gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten sind vorhanden für den Strand (Stühle, Badehandtücher..., aber auch für den Alltag (Putzmittel, Abwaschmittel, Kaffee!!, Gewürze, Seide, Duschbad usw.)
Waschmaschinen auf der Anlage vorhanden, einfach zu bedienen (mit entsprechender APP)
Mülltrennung ist vorhanden
Ausblick vom Balkon spitze
auf der Anlage, Liegen zur freien Nutzung
in der Nachbarschaft eine coole Bar direkt am Strand

We have stayed at the Lae Nani numerous times over 36 years and it remains our favourite place to stay while in Kauai. The grounds and plantings are spectacular - like being in a botanical garden - The beach, the pool, the sacred hieau and the care and attention paid to the property by attentive and very pleasant staff is unequaled in Kapa'a. Tucked away yet within walking distance to shops, restaurants and along with its central location on the island makes it not only special but very convenient for exploring the rest of the island. We always feel completely at home at the Lae Nani.
Sadly, in spite of its beautiful location we found 326 very tired and in desperate need of a refresh. I don't like to write negative reviews so I'll be specific because these are issues that can be fixed. All the throw cushions on the couches were very dirty as were the chair cushions around the table. The furniture is old and worn but serviceable. Little details like providing a broom but no dustpan made it difficult to keep the place sand-free. Kitchen plates and utensils were adequate but a pair of kitchen scissors would have come in handy numerous times. We had to purchase dishwashing soap and TP which I suppose is fair enough but not something we've had to do when staying in other units previously. All the tables had glass tops and could have been cleaner - adding some basics like glass cleaner would have been helpful. I wouldn't discount 326 as a place to stay - the views from the unit are stunning (see photo) - just don't expect 5-star.
