Once we reached the property, it really is lovely and just as nice as shown in the photo's. We had a slight problem finding the agents office in Javea Arenal Beach for key collection (15 mins away) due to Google Maps taking us to a non-existent building despite being labelled as the agents office on their map.Fortunately, it wasn't too late at night and we managed to phone the agent for further intructions (clue - next door to PEPA G boutique!). The property is situated in a quiet residential area and not overlooked so nice, private and secure.The pool, garden and patio area were all perfect for relaxing, with all day sun. The only minor comment would be, that the poolside area would have benefitted from having sun parasols to take the edge of the midday sun (two rather flimsy beach type ones were available in the shed but no appropriate stand for them so couldn't be used). I believe the pool might have been cleaned once during our stay, but unusually, there was no pool net, which meant that the nightly foliage debris & stray insects had to be hand collected - but no big hardship. We also missed not having a hair drier or sun lounger towels at the property so be prepared to bring your own.We found a nice and friendly bar/restaurant called EL FARO AZAHARA within an easy 9 minute walk as well as a nice cafe for daytime snacks/drinks. All in all, please don't hesitate to book this lovely holiday destination. We had a great time!

Villa was nice and clean and in a perfect location with all you need in a Property, walking distance to a nice bakery and cafe, a supermarket with all your needs is only a 3min drive ( 15min walk ) booking with sam was easy and hassle free, we had a lovely 10 days in august 2025 we had a small issue with the pool after it was cleaned due to a faulty filter which was to be rectified after we left unfortunately we couldnt use the pool for a one day of our stay or we would have given this villa a 5 star rating.

Villa was perfect for our needs as a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and well equipped with a private garden. Also really comfortable beds!Communication with Sam was excellent.Thank you
