VILLA TORDANXA, HOLIDAY HOME IN JAVEA

This beautiful holiday home with large private swimming pool is located on the edge of the exclusive urbanization La Guardia Park in Javea, a short distance from the beautiful bays of Cala Granadella and Cala Portixol (both 7 minutes drive) and the lighthouse of Cap de la Nau.



The house has an unobstructed view over a green area. The beautiful rocky bays and beaches around Cap de la Nau are ideal for water sports and snorkeling. In the immediate vicinity of this villa there is a supermarket and a bakery for daily rolls. A number of restaurants and Spanish tapas and paella shops are also located a short distance away - even within walking distance. 3 to 4 km away towards the sandy beach of El Arenal (beach 9 minutes drive) you will find several large supermarkets and a wide range of shops and excellent restaurants.



Villa Tordanxa is a house with a porch (“Naya”) in Spanish style, but modern and tastefully decorated and equipped with all contemporary comfort.



LAYOUT VILLA TORDANXA

Through the entrance in a tower with landing stairs and mezzanine you enter the cozy living-dining room, tastefully decorated in light tones, with comfortable seating area, a fireplace and smart TV. On the right side of this room is the large round dining table that is (partially) open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all conceivable equipment such as oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, coffee filter and Nespresso machine. Adjacent is the utility room with a washer/dryer, which gives access to the terrace with the BBQ area. The living room has air conditioning. On the ground floor of villa Tordanxa there is bedroom 1: one x double bed (160x200cm), this is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. Due to the location of this bedroom on the ground floor in combination with the flat plot, this house is also suitable for the disabled.Via the landing stairs you reach the first floor with 3 more bedrooms. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. Bedroom 3: one x double bed (160x200cm) and bedroom 4: one x double bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 3 and 4 share the 3rd bathroom with toilet and shower. These bedrooms all have access to a large balcony/terrace that overlooks the garden with swimming pool. All beds are high-quality box spring beds. The bedrooms all have mosquito nets on the windows and are air conditioned.



THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT VILLA TORDANXA

From the living room, double sliding doors provide access to the spacious porch/naya, with a sitting/lounge area and a separate dining table for approximately 4 people. A nice place overlooking the beautiful and spacious landscaped garden with large private swimming pool (13x4 m and 2m deep). On the large terrace around the pool there are 8 teak sun loungers with comfortable cushions.The large Teak dining table of 3m long with 8 chairs and parasol is a wonderful place to dine together for a long time. If your holiday and BBQ always go together, then you've come to the right place, there is a gas BBQ from Broil King available.The site is closed by means of a gate and there is room for 3 cars here.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION



PARTICULARITIES:

– During the period from July through August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, we offer flexible arrival and departure days.

– We require a minimum stay of 7 days.

– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

DEPOSIT

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €450,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow. To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.



WINTER RENTAL

Winter rental is not possible in this villa.

The house is in a beautiful area where hiking/hiking, swimming in the sea and snorkelling are all possible. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat delicious food. The house itself was clean, spacious and there are several bathrooms. In bad weather, there are plenty of facilities in the living room for relaxing. The gem of the house is the garden, beautifully green and well maintained. The pool is clean and large. We enjoyed our family very much during our holiday stay at the house!

We had a lovely week at Villa Tordanxa. It was fantastic late summer weather with pleasant temperatures during the day as well as at night with a cooling breeze from the sea. We enjoyed the house which is fully equipped. What attracted us is that it has a more classic Spanish construction but with a fresh and modern interior. For us, good beds are always very important and we slept very well here. Also nice: the new and large towels. There is also a full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We lived most of the day outside, though. The sunny garden with pool are really great with good sunbeds and plenty of shade everywhere. We were able to BBQ several times with friends at the long table. The area is vast and diverse. Very nice near both the coast and the mountains and a fine base to see the area. Private and quiet location outside the tourist areas but close to everything you need: beautiful bays with lovely beaches, shops, villages with markets, and restaurants galore. There was even a very fine bakery on the corner with fresh French baguettes for breakfast. Super! Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe are around the corner but Benidorm, Alicante and even Valencia are also easy to drive to for a day trip. We also made some nice walks and hikes on both the coast (from Cala Moraig to Cala Lebeig) and in the mountains so I was happy with my good walking shoes. The owners are all-friendly and helpful and respond quickly to queries. We will definitely return to this fantastic place again.

What a great spacious villa! Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The pool is lovely and so are the sun loungers. Around the corner is a bakery with delicious fresh bread. Furthermore, you are a few minutes' drive from the beautiful coast and many restaurants. Truly the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with friendsfamily!
