Très belle résidence, très beau coin dans les hauteurs de jávea. Reactivité par interhome pour le changement du frigo. Quelques points d'amélioration : -Grilles du frigo étaient totalement rouillées (inconcevable lorsque l'on loue une maison de vacances). Odeurs de renfermées dans les chambres,SDB,ainsi que dans les placards de tous les meubles de la maison (placards cuisines, SDBs, commodes de toutes les chambres). -Carrelages piscine qui se decollaient.

Tout est bien la maison la clim les pièces la TV !les chambres la literie la cuisinière est halogène je n'aime pas l'accès au garage est très difficile voire impossible pad de vue mer mais la vue est quand même dégagée sur la campagne

Bonne location il manque certaines choses mais le problème principal a été le bruit du chantier voisin dés 8 h jusqu'à 16 h Interhome a agi sans beaucoup de résultat car les ouvriers ne respectait pas les règlements en contre partie une diminution nous a été consenti par contre climatisation efficace et silencieuse 2 appareils était utilisé alors qu'il y en avait 3 cuisinière halogène très difficile a utiliser avec des poêles dont le fond n'est pas plat ce qui était le cas grand frigo et machine à laver a l'extérieur ce qui est un avantage pas de bruit dans la maison TV avec satellite deutsch (demander le fonctionnement)

Una silla con la pata rota, bastante gresites que faltaban en la piscina, y lo más grave es, la terminación del suelo de la piscina en el inicio del césped, la baldosas están cortadas desigual y con filos cortantes, .... Todo ello, entiendo que es por falta de mantenimiento, por cierto la piscina no se había limpiado desde hacía días.
