About this villa rental

New and pretty single villa, totally independent, surrounded by greenery, but only 200 meters from the beaches of the lake. Composed of kitchen, a large double bedroom with large windows and overlooking the garden. The second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed is located on the mezzanine, open on the first bedroom (mezzanine with railing and separation curtains).
Large and bright bathroom on the ground floor with large shower.
The kitchen is separated from the two bedrooms, connected by the external porch.
Large private and well fenced garden with olive trees, almond trees, external porch, external kitchen with barbecue.
Outdoor garden furnished with wooden table and chairs, armchairs and sun loungers for outdoor use.

Caprapanca is really close to the Padenghe and Lonato sul Garda beaches, especially to the Padenghe Port,
where you can rent a berth or buoy for a perfect boat holiday.
A new cycle path connects Caprapanca to the center of Desenzano del Garda (3 km) well lit at night.
