We Liked our room on the second floor with its double doors and balcony. The view to the Cirque de Gavarnie was wonderful. We enjoyed the evening meals and the breakfasts, thank you.
Nothing.

Katrina was very nice and made us welcome.
Husband told us a very abrupt manner that we had to take off our shoes on entry to the hotel, even if we had no other footwear eg slippers. Very strange as the floor covering was only worn vinyl.
