Villa Sophia-Laurens consists of a spacious new modern villa with various terraces and a private swimming pool. The villa has a panoramic view and all day sun. Reception: a wide corridor giving access to the garage, bedroom and the spacious roof terrace.
Garage: ample space for parking 1 car and bicycles.
Bedroom: spacious double room with double bed (160 x 200) with air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes, office and bathroom.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink and toilet
Roof terrace: very large roof terrace with beautiful views.
Level -1: Living room - Kitchen - 2 Terraces - 3 Bedrooms - Bathroom
Down the stairs you enter the living room with an open modern kitchen.
Kitchen: this is equipped with all appliances: electric hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker with filter, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster.
Dining table: at the kitchen is a glass dining room table with 8 chairs

Terrace along the kitchen: right next to the kitchen is a nice quiet morning terrace.
Storage room: on the morning terrace is a closed storage room with central heating, washing machine and dryer.
Middle terrace: between the main bedroom and the living room there is a large terrace with a dining table for 8 people with a beautiful view of the mountains and the swimming pool. The terrace is protected by a shade cloth that blocks 98% of VU light and provides the necessary coolness.

Villa très spacieuse, quartier très calme.
Nous sommes partis à 8 amis et nous avons passé un super séjour. La piscine est top et le paysage dans les hauteurs à une distance de 10 minutes de la plage, que du positif.
Proximité immédiate avec les magasins, les restaurants. Beaucoup d'activités disponibles.
A recommander sans hésitation.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man fü einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein Traum.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.
