About this villa rental
Spacious house with private pool very close to Calonge
Beautiful house with private pool located in the quiet urbanisation of Mas Pere, a few kilometres from Calonge. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in peace and privacy in this charming and sunny villa.
The house is distributed on two levels. On the main level we find the living and dining room with exit to a nice terrace, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms.
The upper level consists of a double bedroom with access to a terrace with beautiful views of the valley.
Outside there are several terraces and the garden and pool area where you can relax and enjoy the sun and tranquillity that surrounds you.

THE COSTA BRAVA is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
CALONGE, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.
In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
For the airco: There is one unite in the sleeping room upstairs, one unite in the livingroom and another unite in the corridor from the other 3 sleepingrooms, that give air in this 3 rooms
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in this villa
Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
Air conditioning optional, extra charge applies ( €11.43 per day )

The villa is very nice, price/quality ratio is excellent. The pool was very nice and clean and there were enough places to enjoy the sun or sit in the shade. The kitchen-living room area was spacious enough and kitchen had all amenities we needed. However, the frying pans were in bad shape so we bought a new one and left it there. The one minus why comfort is not very good is that the air conditioning for the bedrooms was in the lobby in front of the three bedrooms so when it was quite warm in the nights we felt the air condition could not enough cool down the three bed rooms.

Belle villa , un petit rafraichissement du mobilier s'imposerait notamment
sur les bains de soleil et coussin du salon en terrasse (tissus un peu sales), mais rien de rédhibitoire.
Précisez sur votre site que piscine non chauffée, surtout en cette période.
Mais rien de négatif dans l'ensemble

The villa is very nice, price/quality ratio is excellent. The pool was very nice and clean and there were enough places to enjoy the sun or sit in the shade. The kitchen-living room area was spacious enough and kitchen had all amenities we needed. However, the frying pans were in bad shape so we bought a new one and left it there. The one minus why comfort is not very good is that the air conditioning for the bedrooms was in the lobby in front of the three bedrooms so when it was quite warm in the nights we felt the air condition could not enough cool down the three bed rooms unless you keep the air-con on whole day & night. Would be better to have the air-conditioning separately in each bedroom. Palamos and especially Platja D'Aro are nice places to visit with long beaches and good restaurants. Girona in the inland and Cadaques (to the north of Calonge) are also interesting places, worth of visiting.
