On the upper floor, a fourth bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. The lower ground floor hosts a dedicated playroom with direct access to the patio and the swimming pool.
