The house is distributed on two floors: Downstairs there are two dining rooms, rustic kitchen, family room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bath with shower.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and lounge with access to the terrace. (1 bedroom with 2 m. bed, another bed of 1,35 x1, 90cm,1 with two single beds 0.90x1, 90cm)
Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Outside you can enjoy a terrace, private pool and barbecue.
At 2 km from the town and 15km from the bay of Alcudia with its sandy beaches.
EXTRAS (Not included in the price to be paid on arrival):
- electricity according to consumption 0,35€ x KW- heating according to consumption 2,15€ x litre- pets with prior authorisation max. 7kg with additional cost 25€ x day, extra deposit 100Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.
